Poor communication, no idea what is going on...

Placed an order on 23rd November and I know it will take up to 14 days as per your website and automatic messages, however I've been refunded for my order with no explanation. I messaged on Facebook on Monday 30th November and completed your online contact form to ask if anyone can shed some light on this and nobody is responding. Useless!
