I have just left HSBC to join Barclays. Oh they are a dream compared to them! Mobile banking app quick easy to use and set up in a few minutes and in under a wk opened a savings account and my switch cannot come quick enough.... Natwest refused me back despite being a previous customer a few wks before. I will stick with Barclays. V impressed on all counts. Highly recommended.
