Good product, good value .... but poor scheduling leads to frustration.
I ordered plantation blinds in March 2020, a fitter, measured up and we were told there was 12 week lead time. This was extended due to COVID but blinds arrived and were installed in July, a separate blind was ordered for a landing window the fitter forgot to bring it. After fitter left we also realised that our tilt windows could not tilt due to frame of the plantation blinds .... this should have been pointed out but Sienna failed to do so. We had to wait a further 5 months for the remaining blind.
It is frustrating, Sienna have a good product and the installer, Matt, does a great job ... but the company struggle to organise their schedule and place unrealistic demands on their fitters.
