My laptop is currently being held…

My laptop is currently being held hostage at their repair depot. I've received zero ETA's as to when I'm going to get it back or what the reason is for the delay in the first place (they've had it for nearly a month). They also billed me more for the repair than I was quoted and received an invoice for. I will tell everyone I know to avoid Dell laptops and also mention this to my boss at work (we shouldn't be selling customers laptops that may be held hostage). Awful.

I also filed a complaint with my local attorney general, they can't just have my laptop and my money with no recourse to me.
