The machine came in good time and nicely packaged. However the instructions are complex and not made easier as there are some updated items but yhe instructions are not updated. It wasnt obvious to know which way up the probe went or which programme to use. That said I messaged and got advice. And importantly its beginning to work after 2 weeks. X
