Yoyo was brilliant!
I am a new customer and had multiple questions about my gas and electricity connection.
I went on to chat and connected with Yoyo. I must say Yoyo was brilliant. Very polite and full of patience with list of queries that I had and ensured that I got an answers at the end even if it meant Yoyo had to reach out to someone internally to get a solution.
Very pleased with this experience!
