Terrible service. Even though we have 24 reception you had to try delivery a number of times because the driver was too lazy to get out of his van. When my package arrived it was smashed. And you had to come twice to then pick it up again. And the email send 'Attempting delivery today' rather than pick up. Utterly incompetent.
