A good experience
I sent for my kit which arrived within a couple of days, took the sample and sent it back, received an email next day to say it had arrived and it was being sent to the lab and results would take 4 to 6 weeks! Results arrived two weeks later. Brilliant. The results were very accurate as they picked up most of my health issues. My only gripe is that the website is difficult to navigate and the script colour of blue and light blue merge into oblivion on a white/light blue screen. What is wrong with black lettering? E-mails are taking some time and advice on how to use the data a bit basic otherwise a good experience. Kind Regards Antony

You make a great point about the colour and navigation. We'll have a discussion with the team on this to see if there are any changes we can make and where the light blue script is. We certainly want to ensure you can read all the rich details and information.
