WARNING, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & RELATIONS
I purchased by bed from beds.co.uk back in August. After purchas I received no confirmation email of my order or delivery date. However after two weeks I contacted them to ask where my bed was, I was soon notified that delivery was delayed due to low stock, good thing I asked!
Because of this I will have moved as I ordered this bed for the new flat I was moving into and wanted it ready to assemble. Requesting a change of Delivery from their customer service rep (Jamie) over email was painful and invasive. However I got it sorted and new bed arrived much later than I expected. As this was in late lockdown at the time it can be understood.
Two weeks after construction of my bed I had one of the piston levels buckle and break. Contact with their customer service over email again was tedious and difficult as their rep (Jamie again) was less about helping and more about trying to make the process as difficult as possible. Despite me sending emails with photos and details of the broken item he still requested them as if he didn't even read the email, probably just scanned the topic.
Anyway while waiting for this replacement the second piston on the other side also bucked and broke. Fed up I messaged and requested a replacement to this too. Two weeks later and the required pieces arrived but under replacing them I found that the side of the bed that connected to the piston was also broke. At the end of my tether with this company and their product which was falling apart withing a month of delivery (yes this is all within 4 weeks) I demanded a refund and collection of their shoddy product only to be told that wouldn't be happening (Jamie again) but they would replace the faulty piece. Seeming I had no choice from this joke of a company I accepted.
A week later and this joke of a company sent me the wrong piece, a swift call so I wouldn't have to deal with Jamie and they promised I would have the correct piece the following week.
A month and a half after first delivery and I finally have a functioning bed (for now), having wasted 3 of my valuable days off waiting in for them to deliver the correct items, a month sleeping on a mattress on the floor and losing all my patience with a shoddy product and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experience.
Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!
