Customer service only available during Chinese hours

Product marketed for US/EU with customer service only available during Chinese hours.

Dirty.

Also basic payment issues and emails that are supposed to arrive to resolve these don't actually arrive

Their reply here is dubious - the website still only shows live support during Chinese hours

We only provide the email support (7*12) and the online chat (5*17 Monday to Friday, 2*8 weekend) during the process of National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays in China. The holidays are over, all technical support service returns to normal from today, please feel free to contact us if you have trouble with our product.
