Poor Kundeservice.
Really disappointed.
We bought a new car,My wife mistakenly entered the wrong last 2 digits of Number plate, i sent an email 5 days back requesting them to change (i can not change it myself in profile because customers are allowed to change only once a month). My fingers are crossed, as still haven't heard back and inspite of having paid for wash world. I paid to another car wash to wash the car.
I hope i dont have to wait another week or so to get a response to this.
