I've used SoftMall twice. I had to rebuy the product as my new laptop upon which I originally loaded the software was faulty so had to send it back and when I went to load it on the replacement it would obviously not take the key twice.
The second time I couldn't use the on-line activation and after guidance from a SoftMall employee who responded to my email promptly I was able to activate it. Very happy with the product and service just confusing regarding the activation.
