So so bad

So bad, just so so bad.

I would say more, but what is there left to say that hasn't been said a few hundred times on this page?

I'll try anyway…

Please get a call centre in the UK, we can't understand the people who answer your phones and we're pretty certain they don't understand us. No slight on them, they're just doing their job but when it comes to energy, we want to be confident that everything said is understood by both parties.
