Worst customer service I've ever experienced

This is the first bad review I'd ever left:
I was sent a damaged item by slick revolution. There's no way the item would have gotten past the manufacturer's (Merlin) quality control. To cut a long story short, it took over 2 weeks and getting in contact with the manufacturer myself for a return. Merlin were great about it though.

On asking for a partial refund (which I thought was reasonable) I was told by email simply 'glad you got it sorted'.

I don't like to complain but this customer care was far from acceptable. Not good.
