My order was placed in April,eventually after many emails chasing up part of my order was delivered in July. It clearly stated that my delivery was supposed to be in two parcels. I took photos as only one parcel was received & the couriers photo by the front gate showed only one parcel delivered. Gardening Express eventually acknowledged my complaint & agreed to either refund or replace the missing item. I'm still waiting & have know noticed my complaint ticket has been removed from their system. My should refund should have been £4.95 just glad it's not any more 😡😡
