Thieves

Had to cancel 4 bookings which they gave me vouchers for. Ignored requests for a refund and emails, despite stating this option is available.

Thank you for your honest review. As you can imagine the pandemic has been very difficult for all travel companies. We are doing everything we can to support our customers and providing refunds and vouchers where possible, unfortunately, this is not always possible as we are bound to contracts of our products.
