On the whole good but customer service needs to improve
Good price, reliable service and glad to be using greener energy. But..
The billing seems to be gone to pot - no deductions for about 6 months and then a massive take. I suppose it isn't a bad thing to have my account sitting at several £100's in credit.
Website functionality is going the wrong way (I used to be able to see daily usage on easy to follow graphs), I queried this on the website form, the response came weeks later, was addressed to someone else and didn't answer my question properly.
Direct debit went up when I switched to a cheaper tariff.
