I ordered my sofa in the Giltbrook store on the 8th June, great service in store and was told it would take around 8 weeks due to covid 19 causing some delivery delays, exactly 8 weeks later - my sofa was delivered.
I had several updated throughout the morning to give me specific times for delivery and they were right on time, the delivery guys were friendly, prompt, quick and very efficient in getting the sofa in place (112 & 117).
I am super happy with the service and my new sofa - thanks to all involved :)
