Just joined Virgin Media
Just joined Virgin Media. We went with the quick start option because we’d been told our new place was fibre ready. When the kit arrived, the cable did not connect to any wall port. We contact Virgin Media and they sent out a technician 2 days later who arrived 2 hours after their appointment window. He changed the cable but told us to wait until the following day to connect, the following day came and it still did not work so we contacted Virgin again and they came back and finally connected us. Two days later and we’re back to being disconnected, we won’t have a technician here until Monday afternoon.
Because of this, I cannot connect to the internet to perform my job and have had to cancel important meetings.
I regret choosing Virginmedia and would advise anyone considering them to steer clear, it’s just not worth it.
