Non existent repairs carried out.

Booked an appointment to fix my sick dishwasher. Engineer attended and turned machine on. 2 mins later decided what parts we needed. Told us the parts would be ordered and we would get a call. No call. No contact. Then today I get an email to say an engineer has attended and fixed the machine! I even get a receipt and report for the work carried out which wasn’t done, including a safety check and good bill of health. Apparently I even signed it. Still have a sick dishwasher weeks later. Very poor .
