Non delivery of goods and poor communication
I ordered a duvet cover set over a month ago and it has not been delivered. After leaving a message through their various communication channels I heard nothing. When I finally could use the online chat option, I was told that the items were “Lost in transit” on the 9th June. No one contacted me. It appears they use Hermes. I am now awaiting the re-order to be processed.
