Still waiting for a refund, from 90 days to now 120 days... not sure why its taking them so long, considering they can instantly take your money. Cant even get through to anyone to discuss.

***I ended up phoning my bank to do a "Charge Back", they asked me to phone ATOL, who advised there was nothing they can do as the company hasn't closed. My bank ended up refunding me my money instantly and claiming from Virgin.***
