I went into the Giltbrook store just after reopening, I was welcomed by Chantelle and clearly told about the new Covid 19 rules, direction to follow round the store & where the hand sanitiser was. After being allowed to view the stock at my own leisure, she kindly helped with my order - after I changed my mind on the filling to keep the cost down, she was happy to restart the details with me and ensured that I was happy with the details before completing.
My overall experience was quick, easy, professional and enjoyable - I was really happy to get what I wanted and within my budget.
