Locked Out Account
I have made many requests to have my account unlocked. I have paid for all my plugins in full, no disputes and I have had an account for about 6-7 years without a problem.
Now I have been locked out my account and I have lost all my purchases because you they wont assist me. This is the worst online experience I've ever had from a company their size. This has changed how I feel about Envato and I wish their hard working authors would know that you treat "their customers" in such an unprofessional manner.
At this point I don't feel heard or in anyway a concern that I as a customer can't purchase more items on Envato. Over 10 Days to click a button
