@officialcalor very dissatisfied with your sales team in Newport Wales as I went there the other day to exchange a large 13kg bottle only to be told it wasn't one of your bottles so they couldn't do it, to which i understood but when I told the guy I wanted to start trade with Calor as it's proximity & convenience to my place I asked him how much for a cylinder off him andhe said I couldn't buy one I needed an empty calor bottle and when I asked I was willing to start trade and wanted new he then said the phone was ringing which was (his personal mobile) and he had to answer and walked away while I was talking to him. Totally unsatisfactory salesmanship I left very dissatisfied and angry to your sales rep. I have now gone to Flogas which their representative bent over backwards to help and secure my trade now and in the future.
