Online chats can sometimes be incredibly frustrating (that's a polite word) regardless of which company you are dealing with. Usually made worse by the 'person' on the other end who appears to be in the wrong job. That was not the case with TalkTalk's Palesa. Palesa was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable and above all, polite. As indeed was I. Top marks Palesa and TalkTalk.
