I returned an item on 7th May from Ireland using the provided address label to the Netherlands Hub.
I am still waiting on my refund and contacted Monsoon 8 days ago but no reply at all from them.
This is very worrying as there is no tracking information on Irish returns.
I would be very reluctant to order again

However, our free An Post return labels for our ROI customers do have a unique tracking number on them which should have been provided to you on your receipt when handing your parcel into your local post office.
