My experience with Octopus is minimal

My experience with Octopus is minimal. I was an Eon customer and have moved to Outfox the Market. During this transfer a error was made in transferring meter details. Octopus were unhelpful at the outset. OFT proved very helpful providing new details to Octopus.

I have liaised throughout with Malwina at Octopus and once she had come to realise that there was actually a problem she has proved efficient in keeping me up to date.

I would still recommend people to transfer to OTM.. they have had a bad press from time to time but I have had an account with them for several years and have never complained about their service or charges.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today.

I would like to again apologise that this SMART meter fitting was not arranged for you before the lockdown, and i am sorry that this has also delayed the fitting for you.

As advised, whilst we are still in the lock down, we are unable to fit any SMART meters, however as soon as we are able to send out our engineers again we will be able to arrange this for you as soon as possible.
