Avoid at all costs! Happy to take your money but refuse any amends whatsoever even when within their power to do so, as it stands some sympathy flowers are due to arrive at a random persons address. Not impressed at all.

We are sorry to hear of your frustration in not being able to change the details on your order. When you placed your order it went straight to the supplier and into their delivery system. The details of your order are printed as soon as they arrive and go out to the area where the orders are made up. Due to the high volumes of orders the suppliers handle, they are unable to extract an order. We did try to circumvent this system for you but we were unsuccessful.
This information is placed on our website before ordering, along with another notification on the ordering page itself to advise customers to ensure all details are correct as we cannot amend after the order is placed.
