Very poor on Service levels

Very poor on Service levels. Asked to change my old Three number to my new Three account and was told would take 24 hours. After this time, I queried again, and was told 48 hours. The again, but now was told this would be 72 hours for old number to be transferred.

The Call Centre appears to be in India. Hard to communicate due to accent. The Three representative spoke very fast, and was working from home, so conversation was almost incoherent. Kept going around in circles to resolve issue(s). Each time I had to go to another department, and although I was told notes would be added to account so I did not have to repeat again, this was not the case. I had to repeat my issues to 3 departments, each with their own version of what was required to resolve.
