Im Confused, was asked to do a review, i searched for Scottishpower here on Trustpilot and it came back with 2 companies. Both same name and leads to same website apart from one is .co.uk and other is .com
I first clicked on .com and was shocked to see REALLY bad reviews from over 5000 reviews (what!! thought when i was changing supplier they were pretty good. So i checked .co.uk site and it was pretty good reviews from over 4000 reviews. Why is it so different? Both are same company, both have very recent reviews.

Anyway here what i think. I change companies or look to change at every deal ending date. ScottishPower has been my easiest change to date. Everything was done without issues (so far) and was straight forward and i got a decent deal. Still very early days yet only been paying them for my Power for 3 weeks. Good website and up to date with my usage and info.
Just hope i will get a smart meter quickly like my deal insists i have within a few weeks. My last supplier insisted on this also with the deal i had but still never fitted one within the 18 months i was with them.
