I tend to buy gifts for people from Emma Bridgewater (rather than things for myself) as the quality is so good and everyone loves Emma Bridgewater! They have stock with so many different themes (some personalised as well) that there is always something for everyone - and who doesn't love a mug? One item in my latest order had a slight flaw and I was dreading the palaver of packing it up, queuing at the post office, sending it back etc. However, when I contacted the company I was told I didn't have to do any of that. I just had to email photographs showing the issue and a new item would be sent out. I could keep the imperfect one as well. This is what customer service should be like. Brilliant!
