Avoid At All Costs
The worst customer service ever.
I spoke with a so called trader today who didn't know the difference between pounds and pence.
The website is archaic and logs you out at critical points of a trade.
From the Receptionist to the rest of the staff I spoke with everyone seems to be working in a daze, paired with a I couldn't care less attitude.
I don't quite know if I am more appalled or feel like laughing.
Such is the shocking service, you just don't know quite how to react.
I couldn't stress this highly enough...
PLACE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
