I have given you a 5 star review because your service is usually top notch, we are suffering from unprecedented worldwide problems and Netflights themselves are suffering too like other companies and so have reduced staffing.
I personally have £9k invested in family flights to Orlando 5.4.20 and have requested a refund and been ‘put on a list’. I have however emailed and requested confirmation of when and if the request has actually been submitted to Delta but not as yet received any reply from you. I do appreciate how very difficult this is for you though in these troubling times and I hope to continue using Netflights in the near future as you have always been a very good professionally run business.
