Desperately wanted to give no stars!

Desperately wanted to give no stars! Bunch of crooks, they were so determined to deliver an integrated fridge freezer without installation, refused to reply to Messenger conversations once they knew we wanted to cancel, called for a whole week and no one picking up the phone. If Currys PC World don't survive this period it won't be because of the COVID-19 economic downturn, it will be because of their appalling customer service, should be reported to Trading Standards.
Update 5/4/20 - so Currys have responded on Trustpilot to tell me to contact them if I still need help, what a joke when they know you can't get through on the phone! The fridge freezer was delivered 4 days ago and left outside the house as the poor delivery guy had zero PPE, my husband who has a bad back had to manoeuvre it into the house and had to spend 2 hours figuring out how to install it himself! Still waiting for installation and recycling refund of £110. Currys you're not the only retailer struggling due to COVID-19, you might want to stop selling so you can catch up with orders that need fulfilling. Just not impressed.
