I've ordered 4 products on 22 March, hopefully 3 of them are out for delivery today. Delays might happen in this extraordinary days, but until today, I could not have any update about order from Unieuro which is so annoying.
Anyway, I realized that to check the status of order on BRT website, you should write the tracking code under "ID collo cliente" and select a date interval including your order date. If you write in the BRTcode area, it will not give an answer.
I hope today my 3 order out of 4 can be delivered, but status of 4th item is totally unclear. It's not even confirmed although it is still "disponible" in the store. Unieuro should be more informative.
