Avoid any responsibility for their bookings

As with others, no attempt at providing a refund for covid. These people are the uber of accommodation, hiding behind the claim that only connect people to properties even though they are happy to charge huge fees with very minimal overheads to do so. Such a contrast with cancellation experience for other companies. Have used them a number of times in the hope they would be better company than airbnb, but certainly will never use them again - they will loose a lot more in commission from me in the long term.
