Ordered service parts in December 2019…
Ordered service parts in December 2019 and immediately received a email saying that some parts were out of stock.
Ok, no problem i can wait a week or two, or so i thought!
I ended up emailing them on the 13th March 2020 to ask what was happening with my parts. I didnt get a reply email until the following Friday! And that was to ask me what parts i was waiting for ?!
So yes its a pretty low one star from me for:
A - Not keeping stock of service items
B - Poor communication with customers
C - Ridiculous waiting times
D - Taking a week to reply to a email.
E - Not recording parts outstanding/or training staff how to look for parts outstanding on the online invoice (not sure what to put exactly for that one because it could be poor service from the guy taking the order or just the guy replying to the email being a lazy sod)
They are more then happy to take your money in a speedy fashion but making sure you get all your parts or even get money back is slow and painful.

the parts i did receive in December were not right nor in the quantities ordered.

again mulitple emails and phone calls later i dont have the part i require. The cars still in the garage and been unusable since before the weekend (its tuesday now). They sent 2 dpd collections out for the old part however (one to the wrong address) so they were keen to get their stock back, less so to give me what i actually paid for. i had been promised that the real part would be delivered as the wrong one was picked up, obviously a lie.
After another email i finally got them to send the new part......they sent it to the wrong address which i was thrilled about (sarcasm). So i emailed them again, no one replied until a day later and a few hours before the delivery. Again it was the wrong address and all i got was a email saying that they couldnt amend the delivery location.
overall id say dont do anything over the phone with them, they will deny any promises made.
Dont expect a speedy response... or the correct bits to show up.
Worst customer service i have ever had, worst delivery and parts supplier I have ever used.
Its now Tuesday 31st March 2020, over 3 months since i made the original order. I still dont have what i ordered
