I’m not sure the 5 star reviews are from their own staff. What a farce of a company. 6 months on they’ve asked me to sign 5 lots of the same documents, asked for the same ID 3 times and when questioned it they stated they lost it. But then found it after the call. The last two days they’ve sent me 3 packs to request my file but a month ago told me they had it and was being assessed. Sent two emails telling them to stop it all as they are a joke. Then got a further email pack tonight. Stay away from this company. If previous reviews show you have to take a loan out anyway for the solicitor to take up your claim.
They are quick to start and request you 5 star review on here but after that they are just the worst.

*update - I have supplied my details to confirm this is a legitimate review but again do not want any contact. Something Jackson at your firm failed to achieve as he sent me a further two emails after my final email to your company. Oh and despite 5 emails in total stating you’re sending me a pack in the post they never arrived. Again shows your incompetence
