Incorrect transfer leaves us paying twice for our gas!

Only transferred to Eon 2 months ago so can't judge fully yet.
However they are charging us on a phantom and non-existant gas meter while our previous supplier is still charging us on our correct one which has not been taken over by Eon as it should!
So we are now paying 2 companies at the same time for one gas supply!
Not very clever.

This needs investigating Anthony,

Please speak to us and have a note of the meter serial number if possible.

It could be a possible crossed meter issue and we have a dedicated team for that.

You can contact us via Live Chat, if that would be better than a call, then you could also send a picture of the meter.

I hope this is resolved quickly.
