Great service or 4 years
I am sad to see some bad experiences on here, however it usually those who are most impassioned by an experience that tend to go online to share... and nothing is more impassioning than a bad experience that makes you angry. So to balance things I want to wade in.
I have been using ParcelABC consistently for the last 4 years. I have organised pick-ups and deliveries from varying locations and to and from varying countries in that time.
I have never had an issue with ParcelABC. Their quotes are great! and beat most other companies out there. They have an effective customer help service, if a little sluggish at times. I have received refunds where necessary. People must remember that they can't be responsible for couriers' behaviour or performance and ultimately they are the ones that deliver the goods.
Go with the UPS standard services or ParcelABC's own-branded offerings and not much will go wrong.
Check the labels and use the couriers own tracking numbers and services! that'll always be faster as ParcelABC have some work to do when it comes to tracking. but this workaround does the job.
You usually get what you pay for, but with ParcelABC I have always thought I get a little more.
