I have used them for a long time and the service is excellent and reliable. Customers prefer it because their calls are answered and they know somebody will call them back. I prefer it because I never have to worry about being in a meeting, out on the road or having a staff member to pick up the phone.

Good system for blocking persistent annoying callers too :)
