I bought my son a Nintendo switch for his birthday which was on the 17th jan everywhere has sold out and this was the only place who had it and not at an increased price! I paid an extra £10 for express delivery as I needed it with the 10 days From buying! it arrived 5 days after my sons 6th birthday I called, and emailed and no response DHL hadn’t even had the parcel in their hands 7 days after paying. All round bad service not getting what I paid for.
