It’s the end for me... Shoddy
It’s the end for me. Was a fan of Sonos for many years, spent £££ on their products, no more! Looking for an alternative when this system I have starts to shut down owing to support and updates being withdrawn for products that are only 6 years old. I can’t even get their website to work to tell me what products I should consider buying to replace the ones I’ve got to recycle. Also, they don’t even want to talk to me about upgrading... their website states I should go the the web based Sonos Community for information. Customer service and the general 5* supplier service I used to get in the beginning has diminished slowly over the years. I would not recommend buying any of their products.
