As always, rubbish

As always.. Yodel as rubbish as ever

Yodel seem to be the only delivery company that can’t read. There is a sign asking drivers to press a button to get through the gates. Your drivers always leave out side of the premises on the road without even bothering to press the button. I have stopped using companies if you are the courier option. Got caught out this time! Just the worst! How are you still in business and why does any company use you as the courier is beyond me.

What’s happened to the channel 4 app

What’s happened to the channel 4 app? It’s unwatchable. I even signed up for a 7 day free trial of the subscription service and it’s even worse. I watch through a Firestick which is completely up to date… I’m on the lastest version of the app, I’m able to watch all of the other streaming services even ITVX which is a miracle but Channel 4 continually buffs, stops, starts, unable to view any programmes for the last 2 weeks. Have contacted them but just keep telling me to clear cache blah blah which I’ve obviously done before contacting them. It’s not my wifi either.. as I say all other services (Netflix, Prime, BBC) are all perfectly fine. So, the problem is yours! Sort it out!!

Review of The AA Breakdown Cover

Scary motorway break down

Having broken down on the M40 the AA sent out the most amazing recovery mechanic, Mohammed. He was with me very quickly and called on a couple of occasions to tell me how long he was going to be. I was really quite upset and a bit scared after finding myself alone on the hard shoulder but on seeing Mohammed my fears were alleviated. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and got me back on the road again, but only temporarily. He kindly followed me to a safe destination a few miles away. I could not have wished for a better person to come to my rescue! The AA should be very proud if all of their staff are as amazing as Mohammed. Thank you.

Yodel.,.. the worst!!

Parcel, yet again, thrown over the gate into a drive way in the pouring rain. There’s a sign asking couriers not to do this so they either can’t read or don’t give a monkey‘s. Parcel split open and the contents exposed. Why does this company still exist? They are the worst of the worst!! I can’t even use the Yodel Store delivery near me as, unbelievably they give an even worse service which I would say was impossible but sadly not! Yodel you are a disgrace and your drivers and store representatives too!

Cover For You, always great service

Been dealing with Cover For You for some years now for travel insurance. Their customer service is always first class! Haven’t ever had to make a claim, thankfully, so can’t comment on that but always a good competitive price with customer loyalty discount. Had the pleasure of speaking with Zyreena today who was amazing at dealing with my renewal query. Would highly recommend!

Worse than the ITV Hub app.. didn’t think possible!

The ‘Whoops’ message is the only thing guaranteed! Unbelievably much worse than the ITV Hub app. Impossible to watch anything without it crashing. It’s pathetic; have the techies not seen how apps like this function these days?

Month on.. no better. They’ve now changed the Whoops message to it’s my internet connection causing the problem. It’s not; all the other steaming apps seem to work perfectly fine.

I have just completed a Health & Nutrition Course with Vision2Learn. It’s got an easy to use website, helpful admin staff and my particular tutor, Niall Whatmore, was excellent! Very supportive and was always on hand to help. Thoroughly recommended and will be doing more courses in the future.

It’s the end for me... Shoddy

It’s the end for me. Was a fan of Sonos for many years, spent £££ on their products, no more! Looking for an alternative when this system I have starts to shut down owing to support and updates being withdrawn for products that are only 6 years old. I can’t even get their website to work to tell me what products I should consider buying to replace the ones I’ve got to recycle. Also, they don’t even want to talk to me about upgrading... their website states I should go the the web based Sonos Community for information. Customer service and the general 5* supplier service I used to get in the beginning has diminished slowly over the years. I would not recommend buying any of their products.

Excellent Customer Service

I had the pleasure of speaking to Lucy Rawlings this morning regarding renewing my motor insurance policy. She managed to get me an excellent quote and even arranged a free dash-cam. Even though I got a cheaper quote on a comparison website I decided to stay with Geoffreys for another year I have never had a problem dealing with them over the past 2 years. Excellent service!

Good deal even for current customer!

Dealt with Geoffreys Insurance tonight as I needed to amend my vehicle details as I have purchased a new car. I had contact with Lucy Rawlings who is a fabulous representive for the company. She was concise and knowledgable but along with that was very friendly and easy to talk to. I got a great deal with the company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends or family. Thank you.
