This was my third time to China, but my first buying train tickets ahead of time through an agent. It was absolutely seamless, and wonderfully hassle-free. I paid the small fee for my tickets to be delivered to my first hostel, and they were there waiting for me when I got there. The communication was great throughout the entire process, which helped put my mind at ease as well. Highly recommended. Definitely better than standing in line at the train station for tickets!
