I found them to be reliable and helpful. They came when they said they would, and sent a text to me beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They unpacked imy washing machine, but didn’t take the rubbish away with them, but they said they were not allowed to, so that wa sthat.
But overall, I found them good and reliable.
