Fantastic speeds and fantastic customer service

People are so quick to complain! After reading these reviews i was hesitant to use plusnet however after a bit of research into actual expert reviews I took the chance.

The wait time from paying my money to the engineer actually coming out was long however i made my order a week before christmas so that's to be expected.

On the day I had concerns regarding something the engineer mentioned about cables being too short to reach the property but after a call to plusnet my concerns were alleviated, i was kept in the loop the whole time and my broadband was activated the very same day as I called up.

Very pleased with the customer service and our speed is good. I imagine after the first 10 days i will be getting the minimum speed however im only 2 or 3 Mbps off anyway so im not at all too bothered about that.

I also believe I have a £75 rewards card on its way to me soon too which is amazing. So far so good!!

Definitely recomend Plusnet and advise you read professional critic reviews instead of the emotional backlash from issues I've read about here.
