Brilliant service, I've used Parcel2Go since 2007 and their prices have always been good and operatives on live chat helpful and resolved any problems on the two rare occasions I've had an issue. The live chat being available at all times is useful for fitting in at a convenient time too. I've had a small query tonight which was resolved in no time by Kelis on live chat in a helpful and efficient manner.
