I give up

Absolutely shocking service. I had a creatista machine for two years which developed a fault whereby it started leaking and would no longer froth the milk. I was on hold for over 30 minutes trying steps to rectify it. When that didn’t work they said they would collect it for repair. But they only collect between 9-5 Monday-Friday. So I take a day off work to wait in for the courier to collect that machine. Off it went and we received it two weeks later. Still just as bad if not worse than before.
So again I was on hold for another 30 minutes going through the same troubleshooting process. Again no better. Again they arrange to collect it. And again I had to take another day off work to be in for the courier. Again no machine for a few weeks and again it returned- this time slightly better but still leaking.
So I call them again to complain. This time they agree to send a new machine out. Which to make matters worse doesn’t even make coffee let alone froth milk??
I’ve tried twice since then trying to return it and on each occasion now they say I haven’t been in when I have! That’s it I give up on Nespresso. Nice coffee but not worth the hassle
